Yes, if you cancel more than 14 days of your arrival you will receive a full refund. If between 14 and 7 days you will receive a 50% refund.
Yes, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you will receive a full refund. If within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund.
You will be charged 25% at the time of your reservation and the balance will be due no later than 14 days before your arrival.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as the unit you have reserved being damaged or destroyed we will either offer you an alternative unit that meets your satisfaction or refund your money and help you to find another place to stay.
Please let us know immediately if you have any problems or something is not satisfactory and we will do everything in our power to fix it.
If something unexpected happens such as a traveler’s death or serious illness, natural disaster, or severe weather, and it is less than 14 days before your arrival, while we cannot guarantee a full refund, we may override the refund policy and refund a guest’s charges in full.
Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM. We will do everything we can to let you check in early or check out late if possible when requested. This will depend of if people are checking out of your upcoming unit on your arrival date or checking in to your unit on your departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we can’t guarantee it and may not know till the last minute do to reservation changes.
Sorry, we do not allow pets. Service animals are OK with prior notification and approval.
